Reine-Elodie Blessing Yao has over 10 years of experience in various aspects of health information management and education. Reine holds the role of a Coding Quality Specialist & DNB Project Manager for a large acute care teaching hospital. She also has held the position of HIM Manager/Privacy Officer for Long-term Acute Care Hospital and a large surgical provider group with centers in multiple states.
Reine has extensive knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements and guidelines, hospital reimbursement methodologies, Revenue Cycle system implementation (i.e.: Epic Implementation), workflow builds, interpretation/application of documentation, coding rules and regulations, inclusive of teaching and training skills.
