Michelle Knighton

Ms. Knighton has more than 15 years experience in the health information management field holding manager- and director-level positions in various healthcare settings. Over the last 7 years, she has focused on the testing and certification of electronic health records, both proprietary programs and those administered under the auspices of the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC). She was the Certification Manager at the Certification Commission for Health IT (CCHIT) before joining ICSA Labs in 2011 to oversee their healthcare testing operations.
