Meredith Emigh-Guy has worked at a forensic psychiatric hospital, worked for a law firm, participated in research involving a halfway house, and participated in two research projects that involved reviewing and coding information from police files. Before arriving at Saint Joseph's College, she taught courses at the University of New Haven. Professor Emigh-Guy has studied psychology, forensic psychology, and criminology. Her research covers homicide and homicide investigations. In the classroom, she emphasizes social justice and reform; she teaches methods & statistics, introduction to criminal justice, forensic psychology, criminology, critical issues in criminal justice, and other criminal justice courses.
